In this talk, Research Technologies Associate Dean and Pervasive Technology Institute Executive Director Craig Stewart looks back at goals set for research computing support when University Information Technology Services was first formed in 1997. Accomplishment against those goals, creation of new goals, and accomplishments assisting the IU community from 1997 to 2013, are all discussed and explained with examples.
