dc.description This presentation was given at the HUBbub 2013 Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A. on September 6, 2013. en
dc.description.abstract Tagging pages on a hub can help users find relevant content, but it also can require a lot of effort if done manually. We developed an extension for HUBzero that supports the automated tagging of content using the NCBO (National Center for Biomedical Ontology) Annotator; and we have installed this extension on the Indiana CTSI (Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute) Hub. This presentation covers the capabilities of this extension. en
